Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Compliance Analyst for a fully remote contract role working Eastern Time hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), with potential overtime. The initial assignment is expected to run for 6 months with potential for extension.

Responsibilities include preparing export/import authorizations, reviewing ITAR/EAR compliance, managing legal files and records, and supporting audits and Global Trade projects. Candidates with ITAR/EAR licenses drafting experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Legal file management experience.
• Records tracking and project coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, submitting, and administering export/import authorizations.
• Reviewing trade compliance documentation for ITAR and EAR compliance.
• Managing legal files, records, investigations, and compliance matters.
• Creating and maintaining tracking tools and records.
• Supporting audits, assessments, investigations, and Global Trade projects.
