Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Compliance Analyst for a fully remote contract role. The position is full-time, operating on Eastern Time hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) with possible overtime. The initial assignment is 6 months, with potential for extension.

Responsibilities include preparing and submitting export authorizations, reviewing ITAR/EAR compliance, and managing legal files and records. Strong familiarity with OCR EASE Global Trade software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITAR and EAR regulations and licensing.
• Legal file management and records tracking experience.
• Strong project coordination and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with OCR EASE Global Trade software is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and administer export/import authorizations.
• Review trade compliance documents for ITAR and EAR compliance.
• Manage legal files, records, investigations and compliance matters.
• Create and maintain tracking tools and records.
• Assist audits, assessments and Global Trade projects.
