Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Compliance Analyst for a fully remote contract role. This position follows Eastern Time hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) with potential overtime and an initial 6-month assignment with extension possible.

Responsibilities include preparing export/import authorizations, ITAR/EAR compliance reviews, and managing legal files and records while supporting audits and Global Trade projects. Prior experience with OCR EASE software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Experience managing legal files and records.
• Ability to track and maintain records for compliance projects.
• Strong coordination skills across audits and investigations.
