Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Compliance Analyst for a fully remote contract role, aligned with Eastern Time hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) and potential overtime. The initial assignment is six months with possible extension.

The role focuses on export/import authorizations, ITAR/EAR compliance, and robust record-keeping. You’ll manage legal files, support audits, and coordinate Global Trade projects using OCR EASE software.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Proven records management and records tracking experience.
• Strong project coordination skills and detail orientation.
• Experience drafting ITAR/EAR licenses and familiarity with trade software.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, submitting, and administering export/import authorizations.
• Reviewing trade compliance documentation for ITAR and EAR compliance.
• Managing legal files, records, investigations, and compliance matters.
• Creating and maintaining tracking tools and records.
