Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Compliance Analyst for a fully remote contract role, working Eastern Time hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM). The initial assignment is expected to run for 6 months with potential for extension.

Key responsibilities include preparing, submitting and administering export/import authorizations, reviewing ITAR and EAR compliance, and maintaining records. Qualified candidates will have ITAR/EAR experience, legal file management, records tracking and project coordination;

Qualifications

• Experience with ITAR/EAR regulations and compliance processes.
• Proven ability to manage legal files and track records.
• Strong project coordination skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, submitting, and administering export/import authorizations.
• Reviewing trade compliance documentation for ITAR and EAR compliance.
• Managing legal files, records, investigations, and compliance matters.
• Creating and maintaining tracking tools and records.
• Supporting audits, assessments, investigations, and Global Trade projects.
