Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Compliance Analyst for a fully remote contract role on Eastern Time hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with possible overtime. Initial assignment is 6 months with potential extension.

Responsibilities include preparing and submitting export/import authorizations; reviewing ITAR and EAR compliance; managing legal files, records, and investigations; creating tracking tools; and supporting audits and Global Trade projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Strong attention to legal file management and records tracking.
• Experience coordinating compliance-related projects.
• Familiarity with Global Trade programs and audits.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, submitting, and administering export/import authorizations.
• Reviewing trade compliance documentation for ITAR and EAR compliance.
• Managing legal files, records, investigations, and compliance matters.
• Creating and maintaining tracking tools and records.
• Supporting audits, assessments, investigations, and Global Trade projects.
