Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Compliance Analyst for a fully remote contract role working Eastern Time hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) with possible overtime. The initial assignment is expected to run for 6 months with potential for extension.

The role involves preparing and submitting export/import authorizations, reviewing ITAR/EAR compliance, and managing legal files and records while supporting audits and Global Trade projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Experience drafting ITAR/EAR licenses preferred.
• Knowledge of records tracking and legal file management.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, submitting, and administering export/import authorizations.
• Reviewing trade compliance documentation for ITAR and EAR compliance.
• Managing legal files, records, investigations, and compliance matters.
• Creating and maintaining tracking tools and records.
• Supporting audits, assessments, investigations, and Global Trade projects.
