Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Compliance Analyst for a fully remote contract role. This position runs on Eastern Time hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with possible overtime), initially for six months with potential extension.

You will prepare, submit, and administer export/import authorizations, review ITAR/EAR documentation, manage legal files and records, and support audits and projects using OCR EASE Global Trade software.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Experience in legal file management and records tracking.
• Experience coordinating projects.
• Drafting ITAR/EAR licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, submitting, and administering export/import authorizations
