Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Compliance Analyst for a fully remote contract role. You will handle export/import authorizations, ITAR/EAR compliance, and maintain legal files and records on a globally coordinated team.

This 6-month assignment (with potential extension) runs on Eastern Time hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM). Experience drafting ITAR/EAR licenses and using OCR EASE Global Trade software is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, submitting, and administering export/import authorizations.
• Reviewing trade compliance documentation for ITAR and EAR compliance.

• Supporting audits, assessments, investigations, and Global Trade projects.
