Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Compliance Analyst for a fully remote contract role, working Eastern Time hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with possible overtime. The initial assignment is a 6-month engagement with potential extension.

Responsibilities include preparing and submitting export/import authorizations, reviewing ITAR and EAR compliance, and supporting audits and global trade projects. Candidates should have ITAR/EAR experience and strong records management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITAR and EAR regulations and global trade controls.
• Strong records/file management and tracking skills.
• Ability to coordinate compliance projects and align with audits and investigations.
• Experience drafting ITAR/EAR licenses and familiarity with Global Trade software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and administer export/import authorizations.
• Review ITAR and EAR compliance documentation.
• Manage legal files, records, investigations, and compliance matters.
• Create and maintain tracking tools and records for compliance.
• Support audits, assessments, investigations, and Global Trade projects.
