Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Compliance Analyst for a fully remote opportunity. This is a full-time, remote contract role working Eastern Time hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with possible overtime). The initial assignment is expected to run for 6 months with potential for extension.

Qualified candidates will have ITAR/EAR experience, legal file management, records tracking, and project coordination. OCR EASE Global Trade software familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITAR and EAR regulations, legal file management, records tracking, and project coordination.
• Experience drafting ITAR/EAR licenses and familiarity with OCR EASE Global Trade software is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, submitting, and administering export/import authorizations.
• Reviewing trade compliance documents for ITAR/EAR compliance.
• Managing legal files, records, investigations, and compliance matters.
• Creating and maintaining tracking tools and records.
• Supporting audits, assessments, investigations, and Global Trade projects.
