Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Compliance Analyst for a fully remote contract role, working Eastern Time hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) with possible overtime. Initial assignment expected to run for 6 months with potential for extension.

Qualified candidates will have ITAR and EAR experience, legal file management, records tracking, and project coordination. OCR EASE Global Trade software familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Experience with legal file management and records tracking.
• Experience coordinating projects including Global Trade.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, submitting, and administering export/import authorizations.
• Reviewing trade compliance documentation for ITAR and EAR compliance.
• Managing legal files, records, investigations, and compliance matters.
• Creating and maintaining tracking tools and records.
• Supporting audits, assessments, investigations, and Global Trade projects.
