• University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration in IT preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and tailored project processes.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own the full engagement lifecycle for high-stakes projects with value-based models.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams in a hybrid onsite/remote environment.
• Ensure GenAI-driven deliverables meet quality and performance benchmarks.
• Act as the primary contact for executive-level stakeholders, managing relationships and delivery narratives.
• Manage project risks, scope, and quality across the lifecycle.
• Drive pre-sales activities and strategic alignment with client goals.
