Job summary

Converge Enterprise is seeking a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master to drive end-to-end delivery of AI, data, and application initiatives. This remote role requires strong client engagement, risk management, and the ability to translate complex technical work into business value.

You will bridge client stakeholders and delivery teams, guide agile ceremonies, ensure alignment across engineering, data, QA, cloud, and product stakeholders, and own milestones, risks, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering tech projects in client-facing environments.
• Strong delivery practices including Agile, cloud-native, APIs, CI/CD.
• Ability to translate tech into business value.
• Experience owning delivery outcomes and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary client contact from kickoff to delivery and own the relationship.
• Lead client-facing ceremonies and provide progress updates.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations with clear action plans.
• Maintain high-level solution architecture understanding and translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure capacity alignment and ownership.
