Job summary

GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, seeks a Complex Delivery Program Manager to own end-to-end engagements, leading multi-disciplinary teams in a hybrid onsite/remote environment and delivering GenAI-enabled solutions with high value and stringent SLAs.

The role requires 15+ years in IT, 3–4 years of program management leadership, and a university degree in IT; starting pay for US roles is $160,000–$220,000 with flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Total experience: 15+ years in IT.
• Management experience: 3–4 years in project management, leading mid-sized to large projects (30–80 man-months, teams 15–25 engineers).
• Education: University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration in IT (preferred).
• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and tailoring project processes.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engagements with value-based models (Output/Outcome/Fixed Price/Managed Services).
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams in a hybrid onsite/remote environment and ensure GenAI-driven deliverables meet quality and performance benchmarks.
