Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Engagement Director 3 to lead complex, multi-program client engagements in the Business Services space. You will drive delivery excellence, manage CXO relationships, and align transformation initiatives with business goals from a remote US-based setup.

You will partner with senior client leaders, shape strategic discussions, coordinate with project managers and architects, and help ensure profitable outcomes across large-scale technology programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance; MBA or Business Analytics preferred.
• Certifications in AWS Solutions Architect or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
• Proficiency in Agile Methodology and SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple enterprise technology programs, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, handling escalations and leading strategic discussions.
• Oversee project managers and solution architects to manage project risks and apply best practices.
• Manage project budgets, profitability, and revenue forecasting to support commercial success.
• Support proposals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Lead large teams, including resource planning and delivery execution.
• Align technology solutions with client business goals and provide transformation roadmaps.
