Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Program Director, Professional Services to lead and scale regional delivery for a leading Enterprise Technology provider. This remote US-based role focuses on expanding consulting capacity, improving delivery quality, and driving commercial growth, partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to align services with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing consulting organizations, P&L accountability, and a track record of refining

Qualifications

• 15+ years of consulting and management experience at regional levels.
• 10+ years of full P&L responsibility in a services business.
• Experience in systems integration consulting or software vendor services.
• Proven ability to grow technical personnel and processes for enterprise software sales.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Proven recruiting, developing, and retaining consulting staff.
• Experience establishing career development and project delivery programs.
• Proficient in using AI systems and ensuring output quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Professional Services teams with minimal oversight.
• Drive strategic recruiting efforts for regional consulting growth.
• Oversee workforce planning, account management, and forecasting.
• Establish partnerships with sales management to support license sales.
• Develop strategic relationships with key partners.
• Implement corporate initiatives at the regional level.
• Define and sustain top-tier consulting methodologies and talent.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage client escalations.
• Support regional sales quotas programmatically.
• Champion the integration of AI tools to enhance efficiency.
