Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join a leader in Finance & Insurance. You will coordinate delivery of complex digital programs, partner with Product, Engineering and leadership, and drive strategy, execution and readiness across multiple initiatives.

You will oversee portfolio planning, agile execution, release planning and cross-team collaboration, while maintaining transparency into scope, schedule and risks to enable enterprise transformation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing digital product releases in SaaS, PaaS, or digital consulting environments.
• Expertise in agile planning and development with certifications such as CSM, CSPO, PMP, or PMI-ACP.
• Proficient in Atlassian tools, particularly Jira and Plans, across multiple projects.
• Experience in velocity reporting and resource modeling for team planning.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools or enterprise platforms is advantageous.
• Background in architecture, engineering, or project-based professional services is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio planning and execution of complex software programs across teams
• Translate strategic priorities into coordinated delivery plans and measurable outcomes
• Maintain visibility into project scope, schedule, dependencies, and risks throughout the development lifecycle
• Facilitate cross-team planning, dependency reviews, and program insights
• Guide teams through effective release planning and incremental delivery processes
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align customer needs with executable plans
• Work with Engineering leaders to manage technical dependencies and operational readiness
