Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressively responsible claims supervisory role.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably involving SIU claims.
• Professional designation or certification such as AIC, CPCU, or ICAR.
• High School diploma or GED or 3-year customer service experience in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims.
• Provides technical guidance to adjusters on coverage, liability, and settlement.
• Directs daily operations, including staffing and coverage across shifts.
• Ensures compliance with DOI regulations and company policies.
• Manages litigation with internal/external counsel and client communications.
