Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring for a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims, to supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states from a remote setting. The role includes managing investigations, settlements, and liaison with partner brokers to strengthen relationships.

The position emphasizes leadership, training, and ensuring compliance with DOI regulations, with an annual discretionary or performance-based bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in handling casualty claims of varying complexity relevant to the adjuster roles supervised.
• HS/GED or 3-year customer service in virtual environment; Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims across multiple states.
• Provides technical guidance to adjusters on coverage, liability, and settlement authority for complex issues.
• Directs daily operations, workflow, staffing, and coverage across multiple shifts, including remote work.
• Establishes performance goals, service standards, and analyzes quality through QA, surveys, and feedback.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and serves as a liaison with brokers and commercial clients.
• Oversees litigation management, defense costs, and external counsel performance.
