Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims to supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims remotely across states. You will guide investigations, negotiate resolutions, and lead staffing and workflow in a remote-first environment.

The role emphasizes guidance to adjusters, adherence to DOI regulations, and collaboration with brokers to maintain strong client relationships.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in handling casualty claims of varying complexity relevant to the adjuster roles supervised.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field.
• Two or more years of litigation experience, preferably involving Special Investigations Unit (SIU) claims.
• Professional designation or certification such as Associate in Claims (AIC), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), or ICAR.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of complex auto and/or commercial injury claims.
• Supervises claims across multiple states virtually and coordinates staffing and coverage.
• Provides technical guidance to adjusters and ensures compliant resolutions.
• Directs workflow, phone queue management, and resource planning for multi-shift operations.
• Monitors claims quality and customer service via QA reviews, surveys, and feedback.
• Ensures compliance with DOI regulations and company policies.
• Oversees internal and external counsel performance and billing in litigation.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and acts as liaison for commercial clients and brokers.
