Qualifications

• HS/GED or 3-year virtual customer service experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.
• Professional designation such as AIC, CPCU, or ICAR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims across multiple states.
• Guides adjusters on coverage, liability, and settlement authority for complex claims.
• Manages staffing, workflow, and service standards to meet departmental objectives.
• supervises claims processes and ensures compliance with DOI regulations.
• Liaises with clients, brokers, and internal teams to support litigation and settlements.

Education

High School (HS)/GED or 3-year customer service experience in a virtual environment

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field

AIC / CPCU / ICAR certifications
