Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims for a remote-capable role anywhere in the United States. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims, including litigated files, across multiple states and provide coverage decisions and settlement guidance.

You will lead and mentor adjusters, ensure department standards, and coordinate with partner clubs and brokers to maintain strong relationships while navigating state

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in handling casualty claims of varying complexity relevant to the adjuster roles supervised.
• Must hold an Adjuster licensed for all applicable states or obtain license(s) within 90 days of filling position as a condition of employment.

Responsabilités

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims across multiple states.
• Provides guidance and settlement authority on cases.
• Manages workflows, staffing, and performance against service standards.
• Ensures compliance with DOI regulations and company policies.
• Leads collaboration with internal/external counsel and clients.
