Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims to supervise auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states virtually. The role includes litigation handling, coverage decisions, and settlement guidance.

The position supports virtual operations, oversees investigations and staffing, and requires 5+ years in claims and 7+ years in complex claims, with an active adjuster license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory claims roles
• 7+ years of complex casualty claims experience
• HS/GED or 3 years of customer service in virtual environment
• Adjuster license for applicable states or obtainable within 90 days
• Desirable: professional designation such as AIC, CPCU, or ICAR

Responsibilities

• Oversee investigations, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims across multiple states
• Provide coverage determinations and settlement authority guidance
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, and cross‑functional initiatives to improve efficiency
• Manage external counsel and litigation costs; supervise internal and external teams
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture and ensure regulatory compliance
