Qualifications

• 5+ years in a progressively responsible supervisory role within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Licensed adjuster for applicable states or able to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of complex auto and commercial injury claims.
• Provides guidance on coverage, liability, and settlement authority across multiple states.
• Acts as liaison with partner clubs and manages cross-state workflows and staffing.
