Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims - Remote. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states, provide coverage decisions, and guide settlement authority.

This remote role requires 5+ years in claims and 7+ years in complex claims, with a valid adjuster license. Bachelor's degree preferred; professional designations such as AIC, CPCU, or ICAR are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive claims experience
• 7+ years of complex claims experience
• Adjuster license (required or to be obtained within 90 days)
• HS/GED or equivalent with virtual environment experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee investigations, evaluations, negotiations, and resolutions of complex claims across multiple states
• Provide guidance on coverage, liability, and settlement authority
• Direct daily operations, staffing, and workflow across shifts, ensuring policy compliance and quality service
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as liaison for commercial customers and brokers
• Mentor and develop staff through coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
