Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressively responsible claims management.
• 7+ years in complex claims experience.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain within 90 days.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; litigation experience (SIU) preferred.
• Remote work across the United States with exceptions Hawaii and Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of complex claims.
• Directs workflow, staffing, and coverage across multiple shifts.
• Evaluates coverage questions and settlement authority for cases above representative’s authority.
• Manages internal and external counsel, litigation costs, and communications with clients.
• Leads leadership, culture, and cross‑functional collaboration.
