Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Casualty Supervisor for complex auto and commercial injury claims. This remote role oversees multi-state claims, evaluates coverage, and provides settlement guidance while coordinating with partner clubs and adjusters.

The candidate will need 5+ years in a claims supervisory role, 7+ years in complex claims, an active Adjuster license, and a related bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license within 90 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Two or more years of litigation experience; CPCU or AIC designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise complex 1st and 3rd party auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states.
• Provide guidance and settlement authority on cases above representative’s authority.
• Lead operations with workflow management, staffing, and multi-state coordination.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
