Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Commercial Casualty Supervisor to oversee complex auto and commercial injury claims from a remote, nationwide scope. Expect strong leadership, expert claims judgment, and collaboration with broker partners.

You will supervise complex litigated matters, ensure coverage determinations, manage queue priorities, and drive efficient operations across states with a remote-first approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressively responsible supervisory claims roles.
• 7+ years of complex casualty claims experience.
• Adjuster license for applicable states or obtain within 90 days.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Two+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Professional designation such as AIC or CPCU preferred.
• Remote work allowed anywhere in the US with Hawaii/Alaska exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims across multiple states.
• Provide guidance on coverage, liability, settlement authority, and complex issues.
• Direct daily operations including staffing and workflow across shifts.
• Lead performance reviews, training, and coaching for staff.
• Ensure compliance with DOI regulations and company policies.
