Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims for a remote, nationwide role. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims, including litigation matters, across multiple states and may guide First Notice of Loss queues and broker relationships.

You will lead claims operations, coach adjusters, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strong outcomes for commercial customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressively responsible supervisory experience in a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Two+ years of litigation experience, preferably involving SIU claims.
• Professional designation or certification (AIC, CPCU, or ICAR).

Responsibilities

• Supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims, including litigation file handling.
• Oversee claims in multiple states virtually and act as liaison with partner clubs.
• Provide technical guidance to adjusters on coverage, liability, and settlements for complex issues.
• Direct daily operations: workflow, staffing, and shift coverage up to seven days a week.
• Monitor claims quality and customer service through file reviews and QA reports.
• Ensure compliance with DOI regulations and company policies across states.
• Manage external counsel and control defense costs and legal billing.
