Qualifications

• 5+ years in supervisory claims roles; 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Experience handling casualty claims and litigation.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for applicable states or obtain within 90 days.
• Remote work in the United States with exceptions for Hawaii and Alaska.
• Bachelor’s degree and professional designation (AIC, CPCU, ICAR) are attractive.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims.
• Provides guidance on coverage, liability, and settlement authority.
• Directs multi-state operations and staffing across shifts.
• Ensures compliance with DOI regulations and company procedures.
• Acts as liaison with partners and brokers to maintain relationships.
