Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring for a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims – Remote. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states, evaluate coverage questions, and provide settlement guidance with authority above junior staff.

The role supports staffing, budget planning, and cross-functional collaboration while operating in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims.
• Provides technical guidance to adjusters on coverage, liability, and settlement decisions.
• Directs daily operations across multiple shifts and states.
• Manages staffing, budget planning, and resource utilization.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and maintains client relations.
