Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Remote Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims to lead complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states. You will supervise investigations, guide adjusters, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a remote-first, flexible workplace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressively responsible supervisory role within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Two+ years of litigation experience, preferably SIU.
• Professional designation such as AIC, CPCU, or ICAR.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims.
• Provides technical guidance to adjusters, reviewing claims for coverage and liability.
• Directs daily operations across multiple shifts and remote work.
• Monitors claims quality and customer service through reviews and surveys.
• Ensures compliance with DOI regulations and company policies.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams as a claims liaison for commercial customers and brokers.
• Travel as needed for enterprise meetings and team events.
