You will lead a team, guide coverage determinations, and coordinate with brokers and partners to maintain strong relationships while upholding regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims handling across auto and commercial lines.
• High School/GED or equivalent customer service experience (virtual).
• Active Adjuster licenses or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Bachelor’s degree or professional designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states virtually.
• Provide coverage decisions and settlement authority guidance; liaison with partners.
• Oversee workflow, staffing, and performance to meet service standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external counsel on litigation matters.
• Ensure compliance with DOI regulations and company policies.

Skills

5+ years of claims supervision

7+ years complex claims

High School/GED or equivalent

Adjuster license for applicable states

Bachelor's degree preferred
