Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims in a remote capacity. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states, guide adjusters, and manage vendor and counsel relationships to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressively responsible supervisory roles within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience across auto and commercial lines.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; professional designation such as AIC/CPCU/ICAR are preferred.
• Litigation experience, SIU preferred, with experience supervising internal/external counsel.

Responsabilités

• Oversees investigations, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of complex auto and commercial claims.
• Provides technical guidance to adjusters and ensures appropriate resolution and coverage determinations.
• Directs daily operations across multiple shifts and locations, including remote supervision.
• Sets performance goals, monitors QA, and drives service standards and efficiency.
• Partners with cross-functional teams and serves as liaison to brokers and clients.
