Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Commercial Casualty Supervisor to oversee complex auto and commercial injury claims remotely. The role manages 1st and 3rd party claims across multiple states, evaluates coverage, and sets settlement guidance within authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Two or more years of litigation experience is required.
• Professional designation or certification such as AIC, CPCU, or ICAR is a plus.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for applicable states or obtain license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversees complex auto and commercial injury claims including litigation file handling.
• Supervises claims in multiple states virtually and provides coverage decisions.
• Guides settlement authority on cases above representative's authority.
• Liaises with partner clubs and brokers to maintain relationships.
