Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressively responsible professional/supervisory claims role.
• 7+ years of complex casualty claims experience.
• Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• HS/GED or 3 years of virtual customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states.
• Provide coverage determinations and settlement authority guidance.
• Lead operations, staffing, and workflow across virtual teams and multiple shifts.
• Ensure compliance with DOI regulations and company policies across states.
• Collaborate with partners, brokers and teams to maintain strong relationships.
