Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims to supervise complex 1st and 3rd party auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states, primarily working remotely.

You will oversee investigations, evaluations, negotiations, and ensure compliance with DOI regulations while providing technical guidance and coordinating a cross-functional claims team. Travel may be required for enterprise meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressively responsible supervisory claims roles.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Experience handling casualty claims across varied complexity.
• BA/BS in a related field; professional designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of auto and commercial claims.
• Provide technical guidance to adjusters and ensure DOI/compliance adherence.
• Direct workflow, staffing, and coverage across multiple shifts and states.
• Collaborate with brokers and partners to maintain strong relationships.
