Safelite in the United States seeks a Compensation Analyst to analyze and support compensation programs. You’ll partner with the Compensation team, PBPs, Payroll, and People Systems to apply market data, update job profiles, and ensure regulatory compliance.

This role handles salary surveys, maintains data in market pricing software, supports annual merit planning, and provides guidance on compensation questions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years related compensation experience.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Workday.
• Strong data analysis and modeling abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Confidentiality and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with job profiles updates, policy documentation, salary surveys and compensation delivery.
• Conduct analyses for new or revised jobs to map to architecture, incentive compensation, and salary grade.
• Support compensation projects from design through execution, including modeling and project planning.
• Primary owner of the compensation inbox and first-line advisor to the business on compensation questions.
• Support the annual salary planning process including merit planning and IC payments.
• Conduct monthly and annual data audits ensuring compliance.
• Maintain market pricing software and load data for salary surveys; oversee updates to market surveys.
• Performs other duties as assigned; comply with policies and standards.
