Job summary

The candidate will collect and maintain salary survey data, evaluate jobs, and assist with salary reviews and adjustments while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Strong Excel skills and 2+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in compensation, salary structures, job evaluation, or related functions.
• Experience with market analysis and salary surveys.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and basic PowerPoint knowledge.
