Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Compensation Analyst for its Total Rewards team. This role administers compensation policies and conducts market data assessments, collaborating with management to ensure sound pay practices and proper salary planning.

The remote position requires eligibility to work from Arizona and a bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of compensation experience, preferably in healthcare, to support job evaluations and wage plan adjustments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years' work-related experience in related field.
• 1 year compensation experience; 1 year in healthcare compensation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage job description creation/update evaluation by performing job analysis and market data assessment.
• Provide pay recommendations and work collaboratively with business leaders from inception to completion.
• Participate in compensation surveys and maintain survey database with bi-weekly updates and data validation for reporting.
• Assist with implementation and process improvements across compensation projects and related duties.
