Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience with PayScale, Mercer MarketPay, Willis Towers Watson or similar.
• Strong Excel capabilities including Pivot Tables, lookups, formulas, and large dataset analysis.
• Understanding of compensation practices, salary administration, market pricing, and emerging pay trends.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform compensation benchmarking and market analysis using industry salary survey platforms and external compensation data sources
• Support the development, evaluation, and maintenance of pay structures, salary grades, and compensation frameworks
• Review and assess job documentation to ensure accurate alignment within organizational leveling and classification models
• Administer employee equity-related programs, including support for stock purchase plan processes and reporting activities
• Partner with Total Rewards stakeholders to deliver compensation insights, analytics, and recommendations that support long-term business objectives
