Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Psychology, or related field.
8+ years of progressive compensation experience in HR.
3+ years in life sciences compensation experience (pharma, biotech, medical devices, healthcare).
Experience administering incentive and equity/stock programs.
Advanced compensation analysis, salary structures, market pricing, and job evaluation.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders and HR to develop compensation strategies and programs.
Lead complex analyses, market pricing, and benchmarking initiatives.
Oversee job evaluation, architecture, career framework, and structure projects.
Administer base salary, annual merit, short-term incentives, and long‑term equity programs.
Analyze trends and advise on market competitiveness.
Participate in surveys and translate findings into business recommendations.
Develop executive reports, dashboards, and compensation models.
Support HRIS workday and system optimization.
Lead compensation projects and process improvements across the org.
Educate managers on philosophy, pay practices, and governance.
