As a Compensation Analyst, you will support compensation initiatives related to job evaluation, internal equity, market analysis, survey participation, and overall compensation analysis. In this role, you will be assigned a client area and provide compensation support for Talent Acquisition and HR Services, including job description reviews, creation and changes, and inactivation requests. You will support broader Caregiver Office initiatives, market analysis for job families, market adjustments, and the merit process, while collaborating with and providing support to peer compensation team members as needed. This position helps develop and maintain consistent and equitable pay programs, ensures compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, and supports the organization's ability to remain competitive within relevant labor markets.
A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
