Butler America is seeking a Compensation Analyst for a remote position with preferred Eastern Time hours. The role focuses on market data updates, merit cycles, data validation, and ad hoc compensation analysis in a fast-paced Total Rewards team.

Requirements include a 5+ year background in compensation or HR analytics, a Bachelor’s in a related field, strong Excel skills, and Workday experience. Hybrid options may be available for local candidates.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation, Total Rewards, HR analytics, or related function.
• Hands-on experience using Workday for compensation administration, reporting, and employee data management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including large confidential datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, validate, and report with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support annual market data and salary range updates, and annual merit cycle with data preparation, analysis, and validation.
• Provide ad hoc compensation analysis and data gathering for HR requests.
• Assist with M&A related employee data and compensation data as needed.
