Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Community & Advocacy Manager to design and drive programs that connect customer voices with reviews, testimonials, and trusted stories. You will help capture market intelligence, identify advocates, and scale processes across Brand and Sales teams.

This remote, home-office based role requires travel to events and conferences; a 5+ year track record in B2B marketing is preferred and a Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, community, customer advocacy, customer marketing, reputation management, or related
• Experience building or operating programs in at least two areas such as community engagement, customer advocacy, review and reputation management, customer marketing, or public-facing brand communications
• Excellent writing and communication skills and strong judgment when representing a company publicly
• Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships across teams and turn those relationships into repeatable programs
• Strong project-management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines
• Familiarity with review platforms, CRM systems, community and social platforms, project-management tools, or similar technology
• Experience in SaaS, technology, data and analytics, construction, or related B2B environment is helpful

Responsibilities

• Build and manage customer advocacy programs
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Experience, Product Marketing, and other teams to identify customers for testimonials, reviews, references, stories, research, events, and webinars
• Manage review and reputation initiatives across platforms including outreach, response coordination, and tracking
• Maintain records of customer participation and permissions for scalable advocacy
• Activate customers and experts around webinars, events, research, and thought leadership
• Collaborate with Brand, Events, Product Marketing, Economics and Research, Sales, and Customer Experience to move opportunities forward
• Track measures like engagement and advocacy participation; turn feedback into recommendations
• Create scalable processes and documentation for programs
