Dodge Construction Network seeks a Community & Advocacy Manager to lead programs connecting community engagement, customer advocacy, reputation, reviews, and social proof.

You will partner across teams to build a repeatable approach for identifying advocates and elevating customer stories at events, webinars, and campaigns. This remote role reports to the Director, Brand Marketing and requires some travel for onsite events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, community, customer advocacy, or related fields.
• Experience building or operating programs in community engagement, customer advocacy, or reputation management.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with public representation.
• Ability to build productive cross-team relationships and turn them into repeatable programs.
• Strong project-management skills with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Familiarity with review platforms, CRM systems, and social platforms.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, data analytics, or construction industries is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage a customer advocacy program sourcing strong advocates.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, CX, and Marketing to identify testimonials and case studies.
• Manage review and reputation initiatives across platforms and coordinate responses.
• Create scalable processes and documentation for program operations.
• Engage communities and thought leaders through webinars and events.
