Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, community, customer advocacy, customer marketing, reputation management, or related discipline.
• Experience building or operating programs in at least two areas such as community engagement, customer advocacy, review and reputation management, customer marketing, or public-facing brand communications.
• Excellent writing and communication skills and strong judgment when representing a company publicly.
• Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships across teams and turn those relationships into repeatable programs.
• Strong project-management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build a repeatable approach for identifying and engaging with communities and conversations that matter to customers and prospects.
• Develop a healthy pipeline of customer advocates for reviews, testimonials, references, and stories.
• Strengthen Dodge’s reputation and social proof across third-party platforms and touchpoints.
• Create a feedback loop turning community signals into insights for teams across the company.
• Identify opportunities to activate customers and experts around webinars, events, and thought leadership.
