Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Community & Advocacy Manager to strengthen customer and community relationships within the construction industry. You will lead programs connecting engagement, advocacy, and social proof, turning experiences into credible reviews, testimonials, and stories.

The role reports to the Director, Brand Marketing and is remote for candidates in the continental United States. Some travel is anticipated for events and trade shows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, community, customer advocacy, or related
• Experience building or operating programs in at least two areas like community engagement, advocacy, reviews/reputation, customer marketing
• Excellent writing and communication skills with sound judgment in public-facing roles
• Ability to build relationships across teams and turn them into repeatable programs
• Strong project-management skills managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM systems, social platforms, and review tools; one platform not required

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a customer advocacy program with strong advocates for testimonials, reviews, and stories
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Experience, and Product Marketing to identify customers for participation
• Manage review and reputation initiatives across platforms like G2 and BBB
• Maintain records of participation and permissions for scalable advocacy
• Support webinars, events, and Brand programs with customer and expert participation
• Track engagement, advocacy participation, and sentiment to drive insights
