Dodge Construction Network seeks a Community & Advocacy Manager to build and scale programs that connect customers, communities, and the construction industry. You will lead initiatives across advocacy, reviews, testimonials, and social proof, partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, and Experience teams to turn feedback into action.

Remote role with travel for events. 5+ years in B2B marketing or related fields required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications/Business.

Formación

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, communications, community, or related field.
• Experience building or operating programs in two areas such as community engagement, advocacy, reviews, or brand communications.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with sound public representation judgment.
• Ability to build productive cross-team relationships and turn them into repeatable programs.
• Strong project-management skills to handle multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Comfort using qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns and take action.
• Familiarity with review platforms, CRM, and community/social tools; platform experience not required.
• Experience in SaaS/tech or data analytics is helpful, curiosity matters more.

Responsabilidades

• Build repeatable approaches to engage communities and conversations that matter to Dodge.
• Develop a healthy pipeline of customer advocates for reviews, testimonials, and stories.
• Strengthen reputation and social proof across third‑party platforms and touchpoints.
• Create a feedback loop turning signals into insights for teams across the company.
• Identify communities, networks, and channels where customers and prospects are active.
• Monitor conversations, highlight themes, and advise on engagement strategy.
• Develop and manage a customer advocacy program with cross‑functional partnerships.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Experience, Product Marketing, and others on opportunities.
• Lead review/reputation initiatives and track program performance.
• Document processes to enable scalable advocacy activation.
